本次電子刊物主要報導內容為亞太經濟合作(APEC)「海洋與漁業工作小組(OFWG)」近期會議重點，探究OFWG如何呼應APEC 2023年主事國美國設定之年度主題為「為所有人打造強韌、永續的未來」。
本期刊物除了針對OFWG三大主要路徑圖：「小規模漁業及水產養殖路徑圖」、「海洋廢棄物路徑圖」，以及「打擊非法、未報告、未受規範(IUU)漁捕路徑圖」摘要最新資訊與發展趨勢外，亦聚焦跨工作小組皆關注之APEC「拉塞雷納婦女及包容性成長路徑圖」，探討OFWG如何協助推動APEC區域性別平等，實現永續和包容性海洋治理之願景。此外，全球淨零行動下APEC發展藍碳經濟趨勢與OFWG相關發展亦為本期探索之議題。我們期待和大家共同持續關注海洋保育推動工作!

This bulletin mainly covers the latest Meeting Outcomes of APEC Ocean and Fisheries Working Group (OFWG), exploring how OFWG echoes the annual theme set by the host economy, the United States, for APEC 2023: "Creating a Resilient and Sustainable Future for All." The updates and development of APEC Roadmap on the Small-scale Fisheries and Aquaculture (SSFA), Combatting IUU Fishing and Marine Debris Roadmap were included. Other than that, the Bulletin focused on the cross-fora topic, La Serena Women and Inclusive Growth Roadmap, exploring how OFWG dedicated to promote the gender equity in APEC region and realized the prospect of sustainable and inclusive marine management. Under the trend of global Net-Zero action, APEC's development of the blue carbon economy and OFWG's related developments were also discussed in the Bulletin.
