本次電子刊物主要報導內容為111年8月17日至18日召開的亞太經濟合作(APEC)「第19屆海洋與漁業工作小組年度會議」內容。本會議共有21個經濟體出席，討論議題包括「打擊海洋廢棄物路徑圖」、「打擊非法、未報告、未受規範(IUU)漁捕路徑圖」、及「小規模漁業及水產養殖路徑圖」等相關計畫。我國報告「APEC區域利用創新技術進行海廢監控能力建構計畫」之進展，以及「第21屆企業/私部門參與海洋環境永續性圓桌會議」自籌基金計畫之辦理成果，皆獲得各經濟體之認可與支持。另外，本期刊物亦介紹我國執行「APEC地區海洋垃圾回收產品追溯機制之良好實踐」之計畫更新，該計畫旨在透過辦理研討會，促進APEC區域能力建構及區域交流，並期有效利用追溯機制在APEC區域的相關行業中推廣海洋廢棄物回收產品的認證標誌。
 
This bulletin mainly covers the 19th Meeting of APEC Ocean and Fisheries Working Group (OFWG) which was virtually held during 17-18 August 2022 and participated by 21 APEC economies. During the meeting, projects under APEC Roadmap on Combatting IUU Fishing, Marine Debris Roadmap were updated, and Roadmap on the small-scale fisheries and aquaculture (SSFA). In this meeting. Chinese Taipei reported the project outcomes of Capacity Building on Marine Debris Monitoring by Using Innovative Technologies in APEC Region and presented a self-funded APEC project on “The 21st APEC Roundtable Meeting on the Involvement of the Business/Private Sector in the Sustainability of the Marine Environment”, both of which were recognized and supported by APEC economies. Meanwhile, this bulletin also introduces the details of the project “Good Practices for Traceability Mechanism of Marine Debris Recycled Products in the APEC Region”. The project's objective is to build capacity building and regional networking in APEC Region through a workshop in Chinese Taipei. And, this project expects to promote the certification mark of marine debris recycled products with an effective tracing mechanism among local and/or overseas industries in the APEC Region.
