本署將於2024年9月23日至26日辦理「2024海洋廢棄物國際研討會」（International Conference on Marine Debris, ICMD），匯集多國海洋廢棄物領域產官學專家及學者，共同探討海洋廢棄物相關知識及技術，並以攤位及海報展示相關產品及研究成果。本次研討會目的在於促進海洋廢棄物治理領域間的交流及合作，分享最新的研究成果及創新技術，深入瞭解海洋廢棄物各領域間之奧妙，透過學術交流方式實現維護海洋環境之願景。誠摯邀請各界專業人士及關心海洋環境議題的夥伴們共襄盛舉，加入推動全球海洋環境永續發展的行列。

The Ocean Conservation Administration will host the "2024 International Conference on Marine Debris" (ICMD) from September 23rd to 26th, 2024, bringing together global experts and scholars from various sectors to discuss marine debris knowledge and technologies. The conference will feature booths and poster exhibitions showcasing related products and research. The goal of the conference is to foster exchange and collaboration, share the latest research and innovations, and deepen understanding of marine debris governance. We invite professionals and anyone interested in marine environmental issues to join us in advancing sustainable development.
