    113年海洋環境多元化宣導計畫-成果報告

    海洋保育署在呼應聯合國「2030 年永續發展目標」,依據《海洋基本法》及行政院「向海致敬」政策,期以科學研究為基礎,規劃並循序執行各項行動方案,經由「公私協力」,以「潔淨海洋」、「健康棲地」、「永續資源」為目標,達成海洋永續利用的願景。於113年8月20日辦理開展前記者會,邀請海廢再生聯盟業者、講座及DIY手作講師出席,為海洋保育主題特展活動進行宣傳,邀請民眾於113年9月4日至8日至臺北火車站多功能展演廳參觀「潛境海洋保育前進」主題特展暨表揚活動。臺北火車站粗估每日進出人數約為12萬人次,在多功能展演廳的部分每日預計約6,000~10,000人次會經過,因此概估主題特展5日內約有30,000~50,000人次看到海保署在臺北火車站辦理特展,有進入到特展內實際參與活動與觀看特展內容者,經由統計約有4,219人次,其中包含開幕儀式45人次;展期間進入特展區參觀並參與闖關活動後兌換宣導品共3,624人次;手作體驗課程共有333人次參加,講座課程共有217人次參加,特展活動前後共有34則電子及網路媒體新聞露出。
            本計畫於113年6月份結合國家海洋日及世界海龜日,辦理線上互動競賽活動,透過每週護海達人任務留言上傳照片,喚起海洋環境與人類息息相關的意念,共529則回應數、308個分享數,並完成25則活動新聞露出。
            撰寫並製作60秒海洋保育主題廣播廣告,自113年5月開始至113年11月底於港都電台、中廣流行網及全國廣播電台託播,共完成130檔次,另彙整機關提供之海洋保育相關作業影片素材,剪輯一支主題特展暨表揚活動宣導影片;另為主題特展活動,選用再生材質設計製作飲料杯提袋3,000份及採購回收漁網再製魟魚擦手巾200份。

    Abstract
    In response to the United Nations "2030 Sustainable Development Goals," the Ocean Conservation Administration (OCA) has been working in accordance with the " Ocean Basic Act" and the Executive Yuan's "Salute to the Seas" policy. Based on scientific research, the OCA will plan and systematically implement various action plans through "public-private partnerships" in order to achieve the goals of "Clean Oceans," "Healthy Habitats," and "Sustainable Resources" for the vision of sustainable ocean utilization.
    On August 20th,2024, a pre-launch press conference was held, inviting the business of the Marine Debris Recycling Coalition, lecture speakers, and DIY workshop instructors to promote the marine conservation themed exhibition. The public was invited to visit the "Diving into the Ocean - Advancing Conservation" themed exhibition and recognition ceremony at the Taipei Main Station's Multi-functional Exhibition Hall from September 4th,2024, to 8th. Taipei Main Station has an estimated daily traffic of about 120 thousand people, with approximately 6-10 thousand people passing through the multi-functional exhibition hall daily. It is estimated that during the five-day themed exhibition, about 30-50 thousand people saw the OCA's special exhibition at Taipei Main Station. According to statistics, 4,219 people actively participated in the exhibition activities, including 45 attendees at the opening ceremony, 3,624 visitors who participated in the challenge games and received promotional items, 333 participants in DIY workshops, and 217 attendees at lecture sessions. The exhibition received coverage in 34 electronic and online media news outlets.
    In June,2024, the project combined with National Oceans Day and World Sea Turtle Day to organize online interactive competition activities. Through weekly "Ocean Guardian" mission photo submissions, they raised awareness about the close relationship between the marine environment and humans, generating 529 responses, 308 shares, and 25 activity-related news coverage items.
    A 60-second marine conservation-themed radio advertisement was prepared and produced, and broadcast 130 times from May,2024, to November,2024, on 983 Best Radio, I Like Radio, and M Radio. The project also compiled and edited the marine conservation video materials provided by agencies to create a promotional video for the themed exhibition and recognition ceremony. For the themed exhibition, the project also designed and produced 3,000 beverage cup carrying bags made from recycled materials and purchased 200 stingray-inspired hand towels made from recycled fishing nets.
