摘要
執行期間開始截至成果報告撰寫為止，臺灣北區共有 65 件海龜混獲/擱淺案例通報，其中死亡擱淺有 42 件、死亡漂流 3 件、活體混獲有 7 件、活體漁網纏繞有 6 件、活體擱淺 3 件及活體漂流 4件，往年混獲/擱淺發生淡季是落在夏季，此次報告將比較 1 月至12 月數量，並跟 109 年、110 同時三年同時期比較差異。分析通報紀錄綠蠵龜、赤蠵龜、玳瑁、欖蠵龜及革龜，通報中的發現發是擱淺、漂流與混獲等等，體長則以青少龜為主(背甲長 35 到 55 公分為主)。全部通報紀錄中有死亡個體與活體倍率分析，未成熟率的百分比，且發現人員為民眾有明顯上升。
目前一共 25 件海龜有過進行收容，其中 8 件海龜在醫療收容中死亡，尚有 3 件海龜仍需收容，收容個體其中有 1 件背甲變形，需長時間收容觀察，其中 1 件仍處於重症需治療，另外 1 件為健康個體，因個體太小容易被浪打回岸上，因此不適合進行野放事宜，一共有 14 件康復後野放成功。持續收容個體之 3 件海龜轉移至國立海洋生物博物館。
今年通報案件地區最多為澎湖縣(22%)，其次是台東縣(21%)，台中市、彰化縣及金門縣則沒有通報的紀錄。通報方式以擱淺為主。2022 年所收集到的各數據重點和 2020 年到 2022 年長期數據整理後的分析結果是一致。
第一批樣本截至 6 月 30 日，一共是 17 件，並在隔週 7 月 8 日以冷凍包裹的方式寄送至海生館存放，第二批樣本截至 11 月 17 日上午，一共 38 件，並在隔天 11 月 18 日以冷凍包裹的方式寄送至海生館存放，兩次加起來是 55 件，則超過 11 月 18 日之後指定採樣樣本，除了依指定方式冰存之外，並會在計畫結束後寄出。
Abstract
The project execute from January 1 till November 20, 2022 have received 65 stranding/bycatch reports from Northern Taiwan. Among them, 45 stranding , 7 fixed net, 7 drift alive and 6 alive fishing entanglements. Summer was the low report season last year. Compare to reports from June till December of the years 2020 and 2021, there was a difference this year. Include the whole Taiwan for the time being, reports include green, loggerhead, hawksbill, olive ridley and leatherback turtles. Turtles were found stranding, drift and bycatch. Report turtles were mainly juvenile and young subadults (35 to 55 curved carapace length. There was more dead turtle reported than alive turtles. There was an increase in the reports from concerned citizens than the Coast Guards.
There are 25 turtles rehabilitee this year. Among them, 8 was died during rehabilitation, 14 recovered and release back to the ocean and 3 were still rehabilitee. Among these 3 turtles, one has deformed dorsal carapace, one has multiple diseases, need long-term medical retreats. The third one is too small to release back to the ocean in the winter. Three of them moved to National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium.
In 2022, the highest report county was Penghu City (22%), followed by the Taitung City (21%). Taichung City, Changhua City and Kinmen City has no case reported. Stranded in the main reported type . Major data collected in 2022 was consistent with the results of long-term studies from 2020 till 2022.
Till June 30, a total of 17 pieces, the first sample package was shipped in the frozen form to the National Marine Museum for storage in July 8. The second package was shipped in November 18, a total of 38 pieces. The sum of the two times is 55 pieces. The rest samples will be shipped after the end of the project.
