Integrating the international marine conservation trend with domestic ocean research and technological development, the OCA selects Annual reports, special journal issues, monographs, brochures, and multimedia as marine environment education materials on global climate change, ocean acidification, excessive use of marine resources, and marine waste. These major issues will be promoted using different channels. Innovative activities on marine technology will be organized using diverse fun and creative ways to promote environmental education. A citizen scientist model will be used to promote civil participation and R&D. Different channels will be used to promote education and the results of related implementation.
